"This work is focused on adolescents and their phases, which are characterized by major conflicts. For this reason, some adolescents may present behavioral and psychological disorders, directly interfering with activities of daily living and leisure. Accepting questionnaires from adolescents promoting groups and therapies, enabling the projection of internal-external conflicts through activities, with the improvement of adolescent creativity, imagination, and expression, as well as automatic evaluation. Research aimed to understand how occupational therapy can contribute through workshops and therapeutic groups in health promotion and change in behavior and discourse of young people, with impact on the community. Four workshops were held based on the themes of cooking, sports, arts, and self-image. It is multi-method research that integrates quantitative and qualitative data, without a content analysis, based on a semi-structured questionnaire and field diary. A sample of this study was conducted by 19 adolescents, aged 10 to 18, in weekly meetings lasting one hour in each group. The study was conducted at the Hope Citizenship Reference Center / Institute of Hebiatry of the ABC University Health Center in the city of Santo André in the state of São Paulo. The study results will be presented through a series: “The Emotional Conflicts of Adolescence” with a screening sequence. Conclude that according to resources inherent to adolescence, groups and workshops were formed and strengthened and structured or daily and routine of young people, trials and exchanges and experiences that collaborate with empathy and collaboration within relationships."
