Help with tremor

Hi there, I have just completed a telephone assessment with a lady who finds activities difficult due to an essential tremor. Activities she finds particularly difficult are holding a spoon to eat soup. using a computer keyboard and mouse , using a smartphone keypad.

Looking for suggestions of strategies or equipment to assist with this.

Thank you

I second Sourabh's techniques.. Graded weights and coordination tasks to begin with. Also teaching techniques and alternative positions to achieve stability first may reduce the intensity of tremors to help achieve a particular function.
