Hello there, looking for advice and guidance on training or learning opportunities to advance as an OT in primary mental health care.

Someone suggested the first contact practitioner route https://www.hee.nhs.uk/our-work/allied-health-professions/enable-workforce/ahp-roadmaps/first-contact-practitioners-advanced-practitioners-roadmaps-practice, this seems great but also very hard to use in limited CPD time, alongside full time working.
