Pedestrian Road Safety Assessment in Community Mobility

Hi there, I work with clients with psychiatric disability, neurological and intellectual disability, so a bit of mix. Wonder if any OT's follow a particular structured process when assessing Pedestrian Road Safety ? Any checklists you can point to ? I have been receiving quite a few requests lately to assess ROAD SAFETY during community mobility. Any tips? Has anyone completed an Activity Analysis specific to just Road Safety ? Would be good to have a checklist if there is no formal assessment. AMPS doesn't have it, and I don't think PRPP does (although I'm not trained in PRPP). I have completed off-road Cognitive Functional Assessment with the client (ACLS-version 6), and I have completed a non-standardised observational on-the-road assessment - observing the client crossing the street, following road rules for pedestrians, being able to cross safely or needing verbal prompts and/or physical assistance etc etc. Many Thank to all of you.
