Approaches + Frameworks

Hello ive just started working within a trauma ward for soinal injuries. I would like to develop a programme/ treatments for upper limb injuries. Can anyone assist who may work in this area? What aprroaches and Frameworks do you use. My unit is not initial major trauma and is acute then referred onto specialist spinal unit. However we do get patients that we can rehab and recover well.
