Capstone Survey-Therapeutic Lens Model
Hi fellow OTPs!!
My name is Jesse Ausec and I am pursuing my post-professional doctorate at The Medical University of South Carolina. Please consider taking a 5-10 min. survey to assist me in creating a professional development model for my capstone (and the OT profession)!!

The focus of my capstone is to develop a conceptual model to help guide the development of competent and confident OT professionals. My goal is to create a model that is FOR OTPs and developed BY OTPs!!
Stakeholders are OTPs with any degree and experience level, OT educators, and OT managers.
I am specifically interested in hearing from NEW GRADS and those with < 3 years of professional experience. Unless we got lucky, I feel that many of us experienced a significant decrease in professional support/mentorship as we completed the transition from student to new clinician.
