Hello! I am currently a 3rd year OT student in South Africa. I am working in a psychiatric hospital in the long term ward, and I am struggling with outcomes.
What would you say is the most important outcomes with regards to long term psychiatric patients?

Hello Anja. I’m also a 3rd year OT in SA and currently working with a long term MHCU. I’ve been struggling with the same topic. Meaningful use of free time and role competence are two outcomes that seems to be the most relevant. Feel free to contact me on LinkedIn to collaborate on some ideas.
