Service Development

Hi, I currently work within Cardiothoracics and would like to explore the feasibility of implementing an OT service within CITU. There's a patient group that we are not seeing that could benefit from our input, in our case it's early input with OOHA, itu post op delirium and stroke. I was just wondering if anyone had been involved in similar projects, or works within critical care and can share some wisdom and resources on assisting to move this forward. Thank you :)
