Hello, my name is Carissa Bellino and I am an occupational therapy doctorate student at Cleveland State University. For my capstone project in Spring 2023, I will be developing a program that addresses self-determination in transition-to-work services amongst transition-aged youth with Down syndrome at an achievement center in Cleveland, Ohio. For my capstone experience, I must complete a Needs Assessment.
