Hello,

My name is Brett Taylor, and I am an occupational therapy student at the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, CA. I am completing my Doctoral Capstone Project on exploring occupation-based practice for athletes who have sustained a sport-related injury. A large part of this project is identifying OT's current role in sports rehabilitation and understanding OT practitioners' perspectives on utilizing occupation as a treatment method with athletes.

I am looking for practicing OTs with experience working with the athletic population to complete an online survey with questions related to understanding your view on occupation-based practice with the athletic population. If you are a practicing OT that currently works with athletes or has worked with athletes in the past and think you would be a good candidate for this study, please fill out the attached survey. All participants will not be required to submit any identifying information and all data will be collected and stored through a password-protected computer until the conclusion of the study.
