Neurology

Hi all! I'm the Hub's Founder/Director and have a keen interest in neurology. So I thought I'd introduce myself in this new OT Circle... I work clinically day-to-day as Specialist Neurological Occupational Therapist in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Bristol, UK. Alongside physiotherapy, speech and language therapy and psychology, we integrate neuro-technology with more conventional functional rehab. The aim of this is to maximise neuroplastic potential and outcomes for adults - affected by stroke, TBI, concussion, SCI and other neurological conditions. I have also worked in an inpatient brain injury rehabilitation unit and have experience within a stroke early supported discharge (ESD) team.
