Creative Practice

Hi all,

I am currently working in a medium secure mental health unit in the UK. I am looking to create a library space within the unit offering vocational opportunities, community space, group opportunities including a reading group and creative writing groups as well as social opportunities for staff and patients alike. I wondered if anyone had any research or tips or by any chance experience of setting up something similar. All responses welcome.
