Gender identity and Autism - helping clients with transitioning

I presently work with a client who has ASD, is transgender (M to F) and experiences significant anxiety disorder. I work extensively on social skills as well as IADLs and ADLs, however skill development remains a challenge due to anxiety and an impairment in abstract thought and insight. I use a fair amount of cognitive adaptation strategies (signs, lists, etc) for managing anxiety, but I am finding it quite difficult to find resources/visuals that are appropriate for teaching an adult with ASD about transitioning and self-care skills.

If anyone has any suggestions or links to resources, they would be very appreciated!
