Hi everyone,
It's great to find a group supporting ND OT's. π Although not diagnosed myself, my daughter was diagnosed Autistic 2 years ago and so the journey of acknowledging my own (and the whole family's) ND traits and characteristics began!
I'm very much realising that I experience severe task paralysis when I have a lot to do and am feeling overwhelmed, so I'm slowly putting strategies in place, so as not to get to that place. I'm lucky enough to work with a few therapists who also have ND family's so we offload together quite often.
I'm looking forward to being part of a group of OT's who share similar challenges. π
