Reflexes integration
Hello dear OT's,
I am wondering how many of you use therapy input for treating retained reflexes?
And maybe some of you or you know some OT's who has done a case study or MSc on this topic?

Reflex patterns subside as balance,postural reactions and voluntary motor control emerge. So we develop normal postural reactions by positioning the children for functioning (postural responses to facilitate participation in occupation.) We combine Rood's approach ontogenic motor patterns,biomechanical FOR in positioning children and some sensory integration intervention.
