Richard Pilbeam

l am an Occupational therapy apprentice with the University of the West of England. My course ends in June 2024. l have worked at Basingstoke Hospital since 2017 in the acute therapies team. I have an 2 placement so far, 1 in the community and another on a neurological ward. l am due to go on my last placement in September until December. This will be in a learning disability or mental health environment. l have previously worked in banking (sales), social housing (customer involvement), learning disability charity (fundraising) and as a carer at a respite unit for people with learning disabilities.
