I am the founder and director of Enable Living Ltd, an independent occupational therapy service specialising in tailored assessments, housing adaptations, and rehabilitation to support individuals in leading independent and fulfilling lives. With over a decade of experience in health and social care, I am passionate about using my expertise to create practical, person-centred solutions that empower others.

My career has been dedicated to improving services and outcomes across the public, private, and voluntary sectors. I have extensive experience in managing complex cases, delivering innovative service improvements, and collaborating with multi-agency teams to implement transformative change. As a specialist in areas such as telecare, safeguarding, and major home adaptations, I strive to make services accessible, efficient, and impactful.

Outside of my professional work, I am a proud mother of neurodivergent children, which gives me a deeply personal understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and families navigating support systems. This experience inspires me to advocate for inclusive, accessible services that truly meet diverse needs.
