Lisa Thacker

I’m Lisa Thacker, an Occupational Therapist and Rehabilitation Case Manager based in the UK. I lead Evergreen Occupational Therapy Services Ltd, a micro business delivering bespoke OT solutions across adult and paediatric disabilities. Our team is able to offer functional assessment, intervention and solutions across housing adaptations, accessibility, and vocational rehabilitation. Our work spans direct client care, rehabilitation, training, case management, and supervision/mentoring.

As an active member of the OT Hub and Independent Practice lead for RCOT, Children and Families section, I’m committed to sharing knowledge and raising the profile of occupational therapy worldwide.

I collaborate with Local Authorities, Commissioners, Case Managers, Deputies and Solicitors and fellow therapists to deliver high-impact, evidence-based interventions. My goal is to continue to grow Evergreen OT into a leading provider of accessible, innovative OT services that make a real difference.
