Lisa Thacker

I’m Lisa Thacker, an Occupational Therapist and Rehabilitation Case Manager based in the UK, with a passion for enabling people to live fuller, more independent lives. I lead Evergreen Occupational Therapy Services Ltd, a micro business delivering bespoke OT solutions across adult and paediatric neurology, housing adaptations, and vocational rehabilitation. My work spans direct client care, rehabilitation case management, and supervision/mentoring.

As an active member of the OT Hub and innovation lead for RCOT, Children and Families section, I’m committed to sharing knowledge and raising the profile of occupational therapy worldwide.

I collaborate with local authorities, case managers, and fellow therapists to deliver high-impact, evidence-based interventions. My goal is to grow Evergreen OT into a leading provider of accessible, innovative OT services that make a real difference.
