Brigitte Hoare

I started trading as Red Squirrel, as an independent Specialist Occupational Therapist, working solely with people experiencing hoarding in 2017. I work holistically with the person, whilst working in a multidisciplinary way, liaising with others who also care or are involved with the individual (including carers and families). It's not all about the clutter!

I run workshops and training for professionals and other NHS or social care workers.

I run a face to face support group in Portsmouth, UK for people experiencing hoarding.

I also run a 16 week Buried in Treasures course - online and more recently face to face.

I attend our local Hoarding Forum and have recently been part of the Surrey and Borders Hoarding CPD Event.

I have lectured at the University of Southampton, teaching OT students.
