The fundamental occupational therapy process of activity analysis is broken down in this editable PDF document. Structures and subcategories are adapted from the American Practice Framework.

Each half of the document is subcategorised as follows:

- Section 1: Activity Summary and Demands required by any Performer

- Section 2: Analysis of Performance Skills and Patterns, for a Specific Performer

- Section 3: Analysis of Environments and Contexts (specific to the occupation being performed)

The first half comprises a detailed example breakdown of the activity of 'Making a cup of tea'. The second half provides template forms; this is for occupational therapists, therapy assistants and students to complete their own activity analysis, for any chosen occupation.
