Sherisse Smith

I am a Specialist Occupational Therapist for the ExtraCare Charitable Trust, working along side the Dementia Locksmith Team. I work with patients diagnosed with Dementia or have an undiagnosed cognitive impairment to enable them to stay in their own homes and access the local community.
