I am an OTR working st a SNF who specializes in bariatric patients. I have a background of being a hospice CNA and a caregiver. I became an OT because I have lupus and in 2011 I had a flare up so bad which left me unable to walk or talk. I was in the hospital for 2 months. I know it feels to be dependent and all the feelings that goes along. I bring empathy to the table when I work and that brings me closer to my patients
