About
Generating Meaningfulness, Abundance and Joy
I support adults & children who struggle with day-to-day life. Whether it is work or education, private or social life - I help you to live life to the fullest & fulfil you potential.
I have almost 10 years’ experience supporting individuals and families to achieve their goals and to create a more meaningful and balanced life. As an occupational therapist, I specialize in mental health, addiction treatment and paediatrics.
I worked for the Priory that you might know for their outstanding addiction and eating disorder programme and for the South London & Maudsley Trust (SLAM) that has the widest range of services for people with mental health problems in the UK. While with SLAM, I worked most of the time directly with the current deputy medical director of the trust.
Now, I am offering my services to private clients too.
Within our consultations, we can work on topics like, for example:
Work -life-balance & stress management
Developing healthier daily routines and discovering new roles while letting go of what doesn’t serve you anymore
(Re) establishing fun activities & a meaningful social life
Enhancing self-care & wellbeing
Finding fulfillment at work
Developing confidence & self-esteem when engaging with family, friends, colleagues & managers
Mastering personal spending
Decluttering
Letting go of addictive behaviours
Dealing with eating disorders
Furthermore, my sessions can help your children by:
Promoting independence in daily living activities (e.g., dressing, washing, preparing a meal/snack, managing morning and evening routines).
Improving visual motor skills & eye-hand coordination, so the children can play and do the required school skills
Improving fine motor skills, so they can develop good handwriting or computer skills.
Developing balance, movement and coordination (e.g., ride a bike or scooter).
Supporting attention and concentration
Improving planning and organisational skills
Learning positive behaviours and social skills by practicing how they manage frustration and anger.
Your family’s future is in safe hands. I am committed to the highest standards. Continuing professional development is important to me.
