Hi Michelle! I am newly qualified occupational therapist working in an adult inpatient specialist eating disorders unit. One of the issues I am currently experiencing with my client group (which can affect any other client group) is food deprivation due to the cost of living crisis. I have recently started implementing budget-friendly recipes involving cost effective cooking methods with my clients (e.g. kettle to boil water before putting on hob for pasta) to continue promoting health and wellbeing. Please feel free to share with us any trends that you have identified to also keep us up to date 😊. Miriam
