Hi Arlinda, worth noting too that some assessments are broad enough to cover a number of 'fields' and contexts (e.g. COPM) while others are more specialised (e.g. focusing on just a particular aspect such as environmental factors)BW
I would love to learn more about any assessment. I am a first year and finding assessment is hard enough, and then deciding which one is even harder. I got this idea when i had an exam with case studies and had to write assessments for each of the patients. So i thought if i knew more assessments, not only would I be able to assess many areas correctly, but also compare them and decide the best possble one.
I wouldn't mind it being shared, actually the opposite. I love to learn new prespectives.
Here's a list of some subjective and objective assessment tools for PADL and DADLs:1. Activity specific balance confidence scale (ABC)2. Performance oriented mobility assessment (POMA)3. Timed up to go test4. Kartz index5. Activities of daily living index6. Assessment of motor and process skills (AMPS)7. Modified Barthel index

Your question is interesting but broad. Are you looking for any specific type of assessment (e.g. initial or ADL assessment?) - or within a particular area of practice?
With a little more info and your consent, we could share this forum post with others, to draw people to respond to you here :)
