Working abroad in the U.K.

I have read a few posts about people from the U.K wanting to work abroad. I am an O.T in Canada and I have always wanted to live and work in the U.K. I was wondering if anyone could give me advise or tips on how to begin the process! Thanks in advance!

Hello there - and thanks for reaching out to the community here! To practice as an OT in the UK, you will need a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy as a minimum (or a masters in occupational therapy, with undergraduate degree in another subject). You will also need to register with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). For further details, do look at the following pages, for UK-specific information: > More info from us: www.theOThub.com/career

> Royal College of Occupational Therapists (UK professional body): www.rcot.co.uk/about-us/join-us/working-in-uk
