I am an occupational therapist with a keen interest in Sleep Health across the lifespan. I am based in South Africa and hope to emigrate to Australia in the next year or so.

I have a practice called Sleep OT www.sleep-ot.com and provide specific therapy, tools, support and training about sleep health and the effects of sleep deprivation on function and overall health.
