About

I run a small private practice which offers Occupational Therapy with a focus on wellbeing, self-management and meaningful activity, supporting adults to live well with chronic physical and mental illnesses. I offer individual sessions, groups and workshops providing support around things like: meaningful activity and interests, roles and routines, getting clear on values, problem solving and troubleshooting existing strategies, learning new tools, developing sensory strategies, self-advocacy, community connection, mindfulness, self-compassion, sleep, movement - or anything else you’d like to focus on! Also available for projects, consultation and mentoring.

I bring a unique perspective to this work, being both a qualified health professional and a person with lived experience of chronic illness and neurodivergence. I am non-judgemental, compassionate and supportive, and understand the complexity of living with and managing multiple conditions. I am truly passionate about supporting other people to improve their wellbeing and live meaningful lives, while also holding space for the tough stuff that comes up.

Areas of interest and ongoing learning - Strengths-based, person-centred, recovery oriented, neurodivergence-affirming and trauma-informed practice with a focus on: Recovery through activity, Coaching, Sensory modulation and emotion regulation, Nature connection, Exploring values, goals, interests, habits, roles and routines, Mindfulness and self-compassion, Building a life worth living, Chronic illness self-management and building self-efficacy.
