I provide online tailored support for adult individuals over 18 with diverse neurological profiles, including autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences. I also support people experiencing mental health difficulties.

You do not need a formal diagnosis to work with me. As an Occupational therapist I am interested in working with your challenges, identifying your strengths and supporting your ability to engage in activities of daily living and explore what is meaningful to you as an individual. 

I focus on helping individuals enhance their daily living skills, manage anxiety, navigate social relationships, workplace or educational environments and manage associated sensory challenges, building strategies for greater independence. I will support you to identify your strengths and collaborate with you to achieve your goals.
