Hi! I'm Sara, a passionate Kinesiology graduate and current Occupational Therapy student with a deep interest in working with people to health, fitness, and empowering others through rehabilitation and meaningful daily activities.

My passion lies in enhancing individuals' quality of life through education and the promotion of a healthy, balanced lifestyle, guided by an occupation-based approach. As an Occupational Therapy student, I’m especially interested in supporting meaningful participation in daily activities and helping clients regain or develop the skills they need for improved quality of life and well-being.
